In semester 5, BCTS started with the implementation phase of the communication campaign pertaining to activity A 2.8.2: Campaign for the opening of the call for sub-grants referred as WP2.SS.PP4.89468 – Advertising campaign use (Tv, radio, newspapers) to spread the news to the public concerning the implementation of the 2 winners in Lebanon

1- Digital media

i. Social Media platforms

1. Social media strategy and calendar that includes all type of posts on all platforms

2. Use unique hashtags and content (stories, polls, short rushes, branded posts)

3. Live streaming from the project implementation set to engage audience on social media

ii. Websites

1.Promote pre, during and post project milestones on a network of over 10 websites

iii. BCTS website:

1.Use the BCTS website to promote the projects under this grant

2.Using SEO friendly content with high conversion rate that allows visitors to become regularly engaged

3.Use the website to shed light on the whole project

4.Link the website to the main website of “MoreThanAJob”

 

 

2- Media coverage

i. Radio channels

1. Pre-grant participation on 2 different radio station shows to explain the subgrantee’s winner project

2. Post grant participation on 2 different radio station shows to explain the result of the subgrantee’s winner project

ii. TV channels

1.Pre-grant participation on 1 TV stations to explain the subgrantee’s winner project (Aljadeed/LBCI/MTV/OTV…)

2.post-grant participation on 1 TV station to explain the subgrantee’s winner project (Aljadeed/LBCI/MTV/OTV…)

iii. Newspapers

1. Cover the project milestones on 3 different newspapers

 

3- Video shooting & creation

i. Pre-Project video

1. A pre-project video to shed the light on how the project will run and what are its objectives

ii. In-Project video

1. Testimonials from employees and volunteers during the projects

2. Rushes from the actual events and projects

iii. Post Project video

1. Testimonials from people who were affected by the project

2. Testimonials from the people who worked on the project
